We do not have a Refunds Olicy. For All The Trademark Transfer Requests laced on the Website. We CHarge for the Bundled Trademark Transfer Services Including Governemnt Fees for The Transfer & Our Consultation & Filing Services Charge For THe Same. These charges are applicable after you Create a Transfer request of any traddemark listed on our site after the ayment of Such Token Amount Specified on the Site. The Token Charge is Non-Refundable if You choose to initiate the Transfer in not more than 1 Day after placing the Order.

Conditions for Returns

In order to initiate cancellation of a request and refunds thereto, please make sure that:

• The Request for Service were raised in the last 1 days

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise/Service that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods/Services may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods/Services on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
